To make aluminum profiles capable of bearing loads without deforming, aluminum profile processing is necessary

Those who have a good understanding of aluminum profiles know that unprocessed aluminum profiles have relatively low strength. However, aluminum profiles used in industrial production require a certain level of strength, so they need to be processed. However, aluminum profiles may deform during processing. So how can aluminum profiles bear loads without deforming? Of course, it's by processing them.

What does straightening during aluminum profile processing help? It helps to eliminate metal stress that may occur during the processing of aluminum profiles, and makes it easier to control the dimensions of the aluminum profiles.

  2. Straightening process. Straightening in aluminum profile processing is prone to cause severe bending of the aluminum profiles. Therefore, during aluminum profile processing, workers must pay attention to the degree and strength of straightening. Excessive amplitude or strength may lead to deformation, closure, and aluminum skin peeling, while insufficient amplitude or strength may result in insufficient straightening of the profiles, leading to bending.

  3. Framing process. To avoid deformation during aluminum profile processing, it is important to perform this step properly. After sawing to a fixed length, the aluminum profile is framed. At this point, the framer should pay attention to whether the material is large or small, and whether the material is tubular or flat mold. Generally speaking, large materials and materials with tubes are less likely to bend at the ends of the lifting frame, but small materials and materials with surface mold exit are prone to bending when lifting the ends. Therefore, it should be framed from the ends to the middle of the material. However, some profiles may not even be suitable for this method, such as louvers, window panes, and caps. You must place such materials on aged profiles and then lift them into the box.

  4. Caution during placement. Although the strength of aluminum profiles has been enhanced through certain processing, we must still exercise caution during placement. When placing, ensure that both ends of the aluminum profile are secured to avoid severe vertical fluctuations. These drastic movements can cause aluminum profiles with insufficient strength to bend.
